Storage and backup that survives the bad day
What is a NAS?
A NAS (network-attached storage) is a small server that holds shared files on your office network, with redundancy so one failed disk doesn't lose data. We design to the 3-2-1 rule: three copies, on two types of media, one offsite.
Options
Which set-up fits
| Option | Best for | Trade-off |
|---|---|---|
| NAS only | Large local files, fast access | One building = one risk |
| NAS + cloud backup | Most SMEs | Ongoing cloud cost |
| Cloud only (Drive) | Remote-first teams | Slower for very large files |
