Personal data we collect
Contact form. Your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), country, a description of what you would like to improve, the systems you use today (optional), any file you choose to attach, and a record that you ticked the consent box.
Email and WhatsApp. If you email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send and your contact details. WhatsApp messages also pass through WhatsApp's own service, which has its own terms and privacy policy.
Website usage. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which collect information such as the pages you view, your device and browser, and your approximate location, and may set cookies. We also record interactions such as submitting the contact form or clicking a WhatsApp, email or contact button. These records do not include what you type into the form.
Hosting analytics. Cloudflare, which hosts this website, can also add its own website analytics script to our pages to measure visits and performance.
Why we use it
We use the details you give us to reply to your enquiry and to follow up on it, which is what the consent box on the contact form refers to. We use analytics data to understand how the website is used and to improve it.
Who handles it for us
We use service providers to run the website and handle enquiries: Cloudflare hosts this website, runs the service that receives the contact form and provides website analytics; Resend delivers the form to our inbox; Google provides Analytics and Tag Manager. These providers may process data on servers outside Singapore.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics and Tag Manager may set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to stop using it. You can also withdraw the consent you gave on the contact form at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond in line with the PDPA. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer reply to your enquiry.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the personal data we hold. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure.
